SIMON CORKINDALE …will go above and beyond for you. He will be honest but still always have your best interests at heart. We live in the Maldives and Simon went out to open homes in the wet, in the windy, in the heat and never once did he say he couldn’t go. Simon also went out of his way to help us understand the Christchurch market…suburbs you wouldn’t have brought in 15 years ago were now very sort after…it is kind of crazy, but Simon helped by making maps and indicating the up and coming areas and even areas we should maybe avoid. It gave us trust in him and lets be fair…weather you are spending 200k or 2million it is a lot of money for the person spending it…so you need to trust your real estate agent…I we can honestly say….you can trust SIMON CORKINDALE.
