Owen’s passion for property began when he co- purchased his first investment home at the age of 26. Originally from the Philippines, and fluent in English and Filipino, Owen is no stranger to the concept of hustle and hard work. Testament to this is his seven successful years working in customer centric and sales and marketing roles. Owen also had three years of justice system expertise specializing in civil jurisdiction particularly tenancy disputes and property law, where his clients can only described him as a good communicator, personable and goes above and beyond. his driven nature allowed him to earn his way up to do sales manager roles. When Owen is not busy getting the best possible outcome for his clients, he spends his free time playing basketball and exploring New Zealand with family and friends. With a strong passion for building meaningful relationships in his everyday life and belief that honesty and trust is key in forming a successful business, expect Owen to remain persistent in delivering solution to his clients.
