Cedric's impeccable reputation within the real estate industry precedes him. Having been involved in Real Estate for over 40 years, Cedric has seen it all the peaks and troughs of numerous markets, the many changing faces of property investment and development, the introduction of tangible technological innovation, the effects of a stock market crash and the list goes on. Needless to say Cedric is an authority on property and its subtleties, knowledge he puts to effective use in his capacity as Special Projects Manager. Cedric's introduction to Real Estate came in 1976, initially as a Sales Consultant and then as an Auctioneer. He has conducted business within the rural, commercial and residential
sectors of the property market. He is a director of several private companies, has been involved in the divestment of large property portfolios and is a fellow of the Real Estate Institue of New Zealand. Having this honour bestowed upon him in April 2020 as having sat on the local REINZ committee for many years. From a property perspective Cedric remains involved in the market as an investor in both commercial and residential property. Cedric is also a Crown Accredited supplier. He is officially registered with LINZ and has considerable expertise and experience overseeing strategic acquisitions and disposals of properties on behalf of numerous Government Departments, S.O.E.s and local councils.
