Graeme Yalden is a fully licensed Estate Agent & Auctioneer who started his real estate career here in Gippsland in 1985. Moving to Warragul from Traralgon in 2011 was a natural progression for Graeme & his wife Helen, as much of his childhood years was spent in Warragul, when his parents came to town from their dairy farm at Childers, for their weekly shopping and the Warragul calf market. Growing up on the farm, Graeme learnt from a very young age the value of a great work ethic and also how to be independent and have fun. After leaving school, Graeme trained as a motor mechanic, then ventured into heavy transport, earth moving and construction industries before commencing his Real Estate career initially in property management and then into a sales role shortly afterwards. Graeme learnt the art of Auctioneering early in his career and has conducted well in excess of 500 property auctions, charity auctions and clearing sales. After recently selling his own real estate office and taking a long overdue break, the opportunity arose with Harcourts Warragul, to continue doing the very thing he loves most, helping people achieve their real estate dreams. When not helping others, Graeme enjoys fishing, coastal and bush walking, golf, reading and spoiling grandchildren. Graeme very much looks forward to helping his many loyal clients, past present and future for many years to come.
