Jemma Morris

Jemma Morris has been in the industry since 2003, and was trained by one of Australia’s leading residential project marketing experts. Initially selling the first several hundred residential house lots within the Marina at Hindmarsh Island.

Jemma has been specialising in Hindmarsh Island real estate for the past 18 years, 15 of those years were with the same Real Estate agency (RiverPort Property). She joined the Goolwa Harcourt’s South Coast team just over 3 years ago, as their Island specialist. Jemma brings to Harcourts South Coast a particular strength in project marketing.

Due to her extensive knowledge and experience of the Hindmarsh Island area, Jemma has been appointed as the Sole Agent for the Coorong Quays Development.

Jemma has sold over 140 vacant allotments for Coorong Quays Developers in the last 12 months. In that time she recorded a total of 207 sales across the South Coast.

On the North side of the Island, Jemma has also handled two land development sites, the Escarpment land division for Rossdale Homes (13 lots) and Stage One of the Sturt Ridge Estate (25 lots).

Recently Jemma has been worked closely with the Craven Group and has been involved in the two small subdivisions in Goolwa central, selling in excess of $8,010,000 in house and land packages for them on Island and Goolwa.

Some of Jemma’s recent highlights include coming 27th in South Australia, for all agencies in the REB awards 2021 and finishing 8th in the State for Harcourts last year.

Jemma has consistently been awarded winner of the ‘Rate My Agent’ award for Hindmarsh Island, winning consecutive years 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021.

Jemma has three full time support staff, Sarah Featherstone as Personal Assistant, Michele Probin as Marketing Admin and Natalie Ekers as Sales Administrator.

Jemma’s approach includes frequent and timely communication with developers, vendors and purchasers and new opportunities for clients are rarely missed.

She brings a strong psychological insight to her sales role and many years experience in waterfront homes, lifestyle properties, project marketing and residential land.

Jemma and her husband reside in the Coorong Quays Estate with their two children. As a family they love to support the Southern Breakers Soccer Club and Investigator College.
