About Joel

Joel Viavattene began his real estate career with Harcourts Rata & Co through work experience whilst completing his VCE at Assumption College. Once he graduated year 12, he immediately went on to obtain his Agents Representative’s Licence with the REIV and joined the team in a full time capacity. His genuine passion to succeed in the demanding environment of real estate is a true indication of his hardworking, committed and motivated character. Being born and educated locally, Joel knows and loves the areas of the Northern suburbs very well and is eager to share this love with others.

Joel has a natural ability to form and maintain great relationships with his clients. For him, it is not only about achieving the best outcomes, but it is also about making the process of buying and selling both enjoyable and memorable. He prides himself on his honesty and excellent communication skills, ensuring to deliver the best results to those he works with.

Despite his professional attitude and goal-focussed nature, Joel is a humble, balanced individual, who enjoys an active lifestyle outside of work, from training in his family gym - Viva Fitness Club to socialising with friends and a multitude of recreational activities including jet skiing and motorbike riding.
