Dave has over 10 years Real estate experience and his position in the current market is strong. This is evident from his extensive previous sales in the area and current listings on the market. He entered the real estate industry in 2008 and completed his certificate IV in Property services as a traineeship. Since then Dave has taken part in numerous training and educational courses, allowing him to continue to grow and become an elite performer in his chosen career path.

Dave believes you can never be too good at what you do and he will endeavour to continue to improve his skills, no matter what type of home he is selling, Dave's enthusiasm and service always remains the same.
Dave has a passion for the local community, especially now that he is a proud father, whose children will grow up in the area. He likes to keep local home owners up to date with all recent sales and to try to educate people as much as possible.
