About Julian

Julian Porter has been a multiple award-winning real estate agent for more than a decade & during which time, he has successfully negotiated more than 800 property transactions through to settlement. Julian has been the Pacific Pines specialist since 2003 & as a Pacific Pines resident & local business owner, he is passionate about the area in which he works & lives.

Julian has a massive database of previous clients & maintains an extensive referral network of repeat business. This is a true testament to the exceptional standard of service that Julian Porter & Harcourts Pacific Pines deliver.

When Julian purchased his first agency (formerly Raine & Horne Oxenford) in 2007, he was already one of the most successful selling Agents in the area & at just 27 years old he was also one of the youngest Principals in QLD.
Julian Porter later founded the Pacific Pines office in 2012 which now employs a highly successful sales team, an efficient & experienced property management division & numerous administrative support staff. The Pacific Pines office was awarded Top 10 Residential Sales Office in Australia 2015 & 2016 (Raine & Horne) and achieved the coveted number 1 Top Residential Sales Office in QLD for 2013. Since 2007 Julian’s offices have consistently been recognised among the top performing Real Estate Sales Offices in the Gold Coast region & top 10 offices in QLD consecutively from 2008 – 2017.

Julian Porter was consistently awarded top 3 selling Principals in QLD at the Raine & Horne Annual Awards from 2009 through to 2017, as well as achieving Chairman's Club Status 2008 - 2017 respectively.
Growing up on the Gold Coast, Julian has enjoyed being a part of the massive development of South East Queensland & particularly, the Northern Gold Coast. As a successful real estate agent, he has lived it first-hand.
