I am an experienced working Director with a demonstrated history of business activity in the real estate industry for 15 years. Skilled in Residential, Acreage and Luxury Sales, Property Management, Team Building and Recruitment, I have a current working knowledge and involvement in all aspects of running and working in a real estate business, particularly in the Central Gold Coast immediate hinterland of Mudgeeraba Tallai Worongary and Bonogin. Every day I talk to people about selling, buying and leasing property in the current market. In 15 years I have learned persistence and survival in a range of prosperous and challenging real estate markets. That’s a minefield of strategy and best practice to suit the current times.
I saw the opportunity to establish Harcourts Arundel/Parkwood in 2005, then later in 2006 purchased Harcourts Southport and this set the standard for professionalism and service in the Gold Coast Broadwater, University and medical precincts. Our business days in Ferry Road Southport were happy and busy.
In 2020, after 8 years as one of the Directors and Business Owners of Harcourts Mudgeeraba, I remain a well-respected and trusted leading agent in the postcode of 4213, Mudgeeraba, Tallai, Worongary, Bonogin and surrounds. I have lived in this area since 1993 and truly know its value in property and as a community.
Our area of influence in the central Gold Coast provides us a unique capacity to excel in residential, acreage and luxury property. Harcourts Mudgeeraba also proudly manages a very successful Property Management division to ensure our investors maximize their returns and our tenants live in clean and safe properties at market rent.
Work is part of my life and something I love. I feel particularly lucky to do something every day that I love to do. I call it "tap-dancing to work".
