Hello, and welcome to the Harcourts Move March newsletter.
While we were all hoping that 2022 would see us turn a corner in terms of returning to a post COVID ‘normal’, the recent news of the devastating floods in QLD and Northern NSW, and the war in Ukraine suggest we will be facing turbulent times for a while yet. Our thoughts and best wishes go out to those affected by these events.
After 2 years of month-on-month market growth, there has been a trending down of the growth rate in February. Tim Lawless from CoreLogic and I chat about this and other trends and what impact it will have in the coming months. Watch the video here
Our team is often asked by first-time property investors, what are the main things they need to know before moving into this market. After what feels like eons of separation, I’m finally reuniting with my family in Fiji over the next 2 weeks and I trust you and your family are also spending quality time together.
Thank you for your continued support and remember our team is always here to help answer any questions or share our expertise with you, so please feel free to get in touch at any time.
Until next month, stay safe and stay connected.
