Harcourts Move – September 2021 Update

Spring has finally arrived with some glorious sunny days of late. While we might still be restricted in our movements, the Harcourts Move team are looking forward to enjoying the longer days as we move into the summer months. 

I want to congratulate our team, despite the lockdowns and the inability for physical viewings the team still leased 25 properties in August. We were able to do this via virtual inspections, pre approving tenants and doing contactless move in’s once they were approved.

This time of year is traditionally referred to as the “spring selling season” and while the number of properties coming onto the market is significantly lower than 2 years ago, we are still seeing a record-breaking broad-based lowest monthly rise of 1.5% since January.
