A year later and as at the end of the first quarter 2021, we have seen the fastest rate of growth in the property market since October 1988. The question is how long the growth period will last before regulators step in.Nearly two-thirds of Australia’s population have never experienced an economic slump in their working lives.
Nearly half of the Australian population were not born or residents when we last dipped into recession in 1991. Income is lower and predictions are that close to 150,000 will lose their jobs this month with the end of JobKeeper.
