Even though July saw housing values increase a further 1.6% taking housing values 16.1% higher over the past 12 months, we might just be starting to see a slowdown in the growth of property values. Buying a first home is a major milestone in one’s life and at times, it certainly can be a bit daunting and overwhelming.
