Working in the Real Estate industry combines two of my passions – people and property.
Most people within the real estate industry talk about their “passion” for people and property.
And I am no different … except that …
I ran my own agency in South Africa in the 1980’s. I then commenced my Mandurah real estate experience back in 2009 during the Global Financial Crisis – where, in a depressed market, I sold 26 properties in 26 weeks.
This wouldn’t have been achievable without true passion for people and property.
Selling real estate, for me, is about having CLIENTS FOR LIFE.
I have won numerous awards throughout my real estate career but my greatest satisfaction and acknowledgement comes not from awards but from having happy Buyers and Sellers. I am always thrilled to receive a card or note from a happy Buyer or Seller – it makes my day!
It’s about doing the right thing by people, Buyers and Sellers, and making the experience a truly enjoyable and memorable one…
It’s about always remembering – and respecting - that for each person their property, regardless of whether it’s worth $200,000 or $2 million - is a major capital investment.
Right now some people might be experiencing challenging times in the real estate market. However, with the benefit of my experience and my passion for this industry, I know there are certainly buyers looking for properties which represent good value.
Yes, it is a Buyers’ Market - but most importantly it is not necessarily a quiet market. And as your Agent doing my job properly, we will arrive at a pricing and marketing strategy that will attract the Buyers.
