When Anthony Manks and wife Susan relocated from Sydney to the Central Coast in 2001, they knew exactly where they wanted to raise their young family, and Avoca Beach was the obvious choice.

Achieving significant success in business management, personal sales and sales mentoring roles in Australia and the United States it was time for Anthony to pursue a life-long dream to establish, own and operate their own business, at the same time being close to their growing family.

His love for meeting people from all walks of life and the creation of appetizing cuisine saw Anthony embrace with ease the food and hospitality industry, an amazing journey spanning just over 20 years owning and operating many successful businesses on the Coast including establishing the iconic Anthony’s Seafood in Kincumber until its recent sale negotiated by Anthony in July 2021.

Growing also over this time was Anthony’s burning desire to establish himself in the real estate industry, over the preceding years on the Central Coast having purchased, renovated/constructed, and sold a number of properties in Point Frederick, Avoca Beach and Kincumber, in addition to purchasing several investment properties as their retirement portfolio for the future.

As when they settled on the Central Coast, Avoca Beach was the natural choice from where Anthony could pursue his passion for meeting people in the real estate arena.
