Kevin is a fully licensed real estate agent and has been involved in property development and project management for the last 20 years. He is part owner of Focus Real Estate Pty Ltd which operates a franchised office of the Harcourt’s group in Cannington WA trading under the name “Harcourt’s Focus”. His previous experience (10 years in Banking) and 15 years in financial planning have given him a unique insight into how a real estate project should be structured to achieve maximum results. Kevin is actively involved with all aspects of the property management division of Harcourts Focus as well as residential sales. Kevin has lived and worked in the Canning area for the last 39 years and has a strong understanding of the Real Estate Market.
