About Vita

Vita Liu’s qualifications provide her with an exceptional skill set tailored for the real estate industry. A professional, committed, and positive sales consultant, Vita has a strong history of outstanding results, often delivering record-breaking sales for her clients.

Born in China, Vita arrived in Melbourne in 2008. After completing her Bachelor of Communication Design, Vita then worked in a variety of leadership roles, utilising her extraordinary communication skills, cultural background and fluency in both Mandarin and English.

As a strong communicator and excellent negotiation skills, Vita also has an extensive international database, and specialises in off market listings. Vita is able to draw on her extensive network of contacts in the broader Australasian region to ensure she matches the right buyer to her clients' properties. Vita’s clients value her friendliness and approachability, as well as her dedication to achieving the best outcome for them.

Working alongside Tony Che as business partners, Tony & Vita bring an important male-female synergy to each situation. They work closely and carefully with all their valued clients and together conduct emotion packed, competitive sales & auction campaigns.

Living and working in the Eastern suburbs, Vita makes the most of her time studying Fengshui and enjoys playing Mahjong with her friends & family during her spare time.
