About Adrian

Adrian Garth born and bred on the Northside of Brisbane brings over 18 years of local business ownership experience to Harcourts, specialising in sales, marketing and contract negotiation.

Being very active in real estate during this time as well via the way of buying & selling land, townhouses and houses on a personal level all in the North Brisbane region. After the sale of his own business, real estate was a natural progression.

Through his business experience Adrian realises it is vital to understand peoples requirements and goals first, then just as importantly execute plans to achieve desired results for his clients.

His driven passion to succeed combined with his easy going relaxed sense of style and demeanor is evident on first meeting.

Constant business travels globally sees Adrian converse comfortably with people from all walks of life and continually welcomes the opportunity to meet new people on a daily basis.

Adrian’s business is mostly referral based, but focuses and specialises in the Bridgeman Downs community and the immediate surrounding areas. Building & living in Bridgeman Downs for the last 12 years, Adrian has his finger on the pulse and is always current on what’s happening in his area.

In Adrian's spare time he loves nothing more than spending it with his wife and young family at home, cooking on the BBQ.
