About Kim

I always knew real estate was for me. Jumping in to the industry at 17 and being one of the youngest to acquire my sales and managers license by the time I was 20. Now 21 years later, I am still so thankful I chose this ever-changing industry. I now own Harcourts Adelaide Hills located in Stirling and Mount Barker and Harcourts Collective located at Unley.

I work with a fabulous team of individuals who follow our strong values of ‘doing the right thing’, ‘being courageous’, putting other ‘people first’ and having ‘fun and laughter’. Working with my team – some of which have been with me since inception in the industry, is an absolute highlight. The professionalism of my team in both sales and property management is something I am truly proud of, and seeing them grow and reach their own personal goals is exceptionally rewarding.

However, the most enjoyable aspect of real estate is fulfilling the hopes and dreams of my clients. Change is inevitable in our industry, so aligning buyers and marketing to ensure the best possible result is achieved within the desired time frame is crucial to ongoing success. The best part of my business; receiving referrals from my clients over the years. Selling for a family and then selling for their children – now that is special!

Luxury homes and apartments, lifestyle properties including hobby farms and horse properties are my specialties in real estate, however I sell all types of properties from residential through to rural broad acre estates. We are very lucky to live in such a beautiful part of the world and showcasing what we have here through effective marketing is something I know we do exceptionally well.
