Troy Pullar is a highly experienced and respected real estate agent, principal, and auctioneer based in the south-east and mornington peninsula suburbs of Melbourne. With over 20 years of industry experience, Troy has established himself as a trusted and knowledgeable expert in all aspects of the property market. 

Troy began his career in real estate as a sales consultant in Aspendale, then went into business alongside his brother Brent in their hometown Frankston, quickly rising through the ranks from Branch manager in Mt Eliza, to MPRE to become a successful agent, principal, and auctioneer. As one of the original team members, Troy opened his Carrum Downs office in 2000, and progressed through to being one of the company’s top auctioneers. He has built a reputation for providing exceptional service to his clients, always going above and beyond to achieve outstanding results.

As a skilled negotiator and excellent communicator, Troy has a natural ability to connect with people and understand their unique needs and goals. He is passionate about helping his clients achieve their real estate dreams, whether they are buying, selling, or investing in property.

In addition to his extensive industry experience, Troy has also completed and conducted advanced training in real estate sales, auctioneering, and property management.
