The Country Girl - A broadacre sheep and wheat farmer’s daughter growing up in the South Coastal region of WA, Cindy now owns her own small land holding and prides herself in being a friendly country girl with a big heart and smile! As a licensee and triennial holder she has had 20+ years real estate experience which gives her a greater understanding of the clients’ needs and expectations. Her specialty is acreage and lifestyle lots and she considers herself fastidious in her work, enthusiastic, well-versed and extremely passionate about the industry, is well experienced in managing investments, has a business acumen from experience, truly cares for clients and shows tremendous attention to detail.

She began working with the Real Estate industry in 2000 using her English Literature skills to write real estate adverts for the Wesfarmers Dalgety agency. 4 years later achieved her Real Estate Certificate and combined the dual role as agency administrator with selling real estate. It evolved into a business that required her full attention and she completed her Diploma of Property Services in 2012 while pregnant with her 3rd child and began as realty co-agent with Harcourts Landmark. Due to market and competition demand it developed into an independent boutique agency Range 2 Reef Realty adding property management and short stay holiday accommodation services in the tourism sector. At one stage the business hired over 6 staff members, used local service contractors and the business grew to nearly 200 rental properties when they received a large mine housing Tender and Cindy became a Franchisee owner as Harcourts Range 2 Reef.

Previous to this career Cindy worked in the Manufacturing/Export Industry, Advanced Certificate in Administration with Hospitality Manager plus numerous Business/Computer Software Certificates, Banking role for Challenge Bank, held high-profile community group Treasury roles including the Chamber of Commerce and Inaugural President of the Ravensthorpe Community Child Care business, the initial business set-up and it’s Treasury/Presidency for the start-up period. I’ve done official bookwork for local businesses over the years including the Hotel and liquor outlet businesses plus managed the accounts, staff & marketing for our Landmark rural merchandise agency partnership.

Personally settled approx $45m of sales for the South Coastal area with 25% being rural farming property. Cindy was one of the 1st Women to sell and/or lease Rural Property in WA and has worked on a number of high profile marketing campaigns for large scale broadacre farming.
Owner/Director of Rural merchandise was personally satisfying work doubling market share.
