Property Consultant Sarah Elphinstone joined the Harcourts Burnie team in 2011. She has extensive experience as a residential Property Portfolio Manager, commercial Property Portfolio Manager, and Business Development Manager. Sarah has an innate passion for property and has cultivated a database full of prospective sellers and buyers.
Sarah’s desire to strive for excellence is supported and encouraged by the whole Harcourts network. Her ability to go above and beyond the call of duty and exceed client expectations every time, earned her the 2019/2020 Harcourts Rising Star Award at both a state and national level. She has garnered recognition at a state level for every position she has taken on within Harcourts.
Sarah embodies the core values of Harcourts, particularly 'People First'. Despite her many professional accolades, her goal is always to “create great outcomes from the first meeting through to settlement - to help people move with a smile and great service”.
Growing up on the North West Coast, fifteen minutes out of Burnie, and now living here with her young family, Sarah has an intimate understanding of the local community; “everyone smiles and stops to have a chat, but most importantly, whatever you give to the community, the community gives back tenfold”.
Sarah understands the privilege of her role: “My job is to support people every step of the way to make sure each decision is the right one for them and their family.”
