A career in Real Estate was always a long-term goal, and it has been a natural progression thanks to her diverse working background in a variety of sectors including health and disability, banking, and retail. This experience has enabled Dianne to gain an extensive skill set in management, sales, and customer service.
Known for her passion and enthusiasm, Dianne enjoys working with people. She believes that every customer experience should be personalized to the individual’s needs, and her focus is to ensure she does the right thing for you throughout the selling and buying process to make it as easy and stress-free as possible while utilizing her sales and negotiation skills to achieve the best outcome.
She has received multiple awards during her fourteen-year banking career for excellence in sales and customer service, and in more recent times, was awarded Manger of the Year for her contribution in transforming an underperforming retail service into a successful business and the largest of its kind in Northland. This included leading a strategy team in a significant re brand project that repositioned and marketed the business to drive accelerated growth.
