Hans, Wanganui’s most experienced real estate Salesperson (having spent the last 42 years marketing and selling real estate), ensures his clients benefit from his vast experience and knowledge of the ever changing property market.
Hans was born in Holland but considers himself a Kiwi, having been raised and educated in Wanganui. During the 1980’s Hans owned and operated his own real estate business in London, coming home in 1988 and returning to his former real estate position in Wanganui. His commitment to the local market is second to none, servicing several generations of the same family and becoming the preferred real estate professional to a number of Wanganui families.
Hans admits to being fortunate in having one of the most qualified and experienced real estate assistants working alongside him – Pamela, his partner of 32 years. They form a reliable team, there rarely being anything relating to the marketing of residential property Hans cannot help with. He has co-ordinated numerous property auctions and continues to build and grow a diverse and loyal residential clientele.
A huge part of Hans business emanates from referral and repeat business and he has been heard to say “I appreciate and take the trust of my clients, very seriously”.
