The housing market has changed and these days what you need from an agent is someone who you can trust is going to work as hard as humanly possible to get you the best sale there is. There seem to be a lot of real estate agents out there who expect houses to sell themselves, Kane is not one of those agents and couldn't be further from it.
When we came to Kane to ask him to help us sell our house it had been on the market for three months with another agency. We were so stressed and the anxiety around it was on another level. Kane was a breath of fresh air with so much energy and enthusiasm, he quickly arranged a whole new marketing plan, organized an amazing home stager and went above and beyond prepping our house for sale. We were in another city at this point and Kane identified things about the house that he thought might be deterring buyers and remedied these himself.
Previously we had had barely any communication from our real estate agents and were left in the dark about a lot of things. Kane invested so much time and energy making sure we were informed about every step of the process and who our potential buyers might be.
When we left Wellington originally we had to do so in a rush and so had left things not finished. Our previous agents had told us they could take care of things we ran out of time to get to but this just didn't happen. We weren't expecting Kane to help as much as he did but he went and worked so hard returning our garden to a presentable state (after three months of being untouched while on the market). He rug doctored for us, was able to remove paint that was left over from our hurried re-decorating and watered our plants.
I can't properly put into words how grateful we are to Kane for his hard work and dedication. For the three months our house was on the market before Kane took over we had ZERO interest, by the end of our campaign with Kane we had four interested parties, we couldn't believe it.
Please trust me when I say that the market has changed and you need someone who you can count on to work twice as hard as any other agent out there and Kane is your guy.
