Born and bred in Southland with a lifetime of holidaying in and around Wanaka, Denise moved down from Christchurch in 2018 to live her Central Otago dream. Hitting the ground running, by the end her first year of marketing real estate in Wanaka and the surrounds, she ranked within the top 15 of the Highland Real Estate Group and achieved the South Island Rising Star Award.
‘Be re-homed with kindness and care’ has been Denise’s tagline from Day One which not only describes her approach to real estate but also relates to another passion regarding the re-homing of retired racing greyhounds.
Denise adopts this philosophy of care to achieve exceptional results while maintaining the upmost respect for clients and their goals. As a result she builds strong relationships, inspires trust and confidence and you will find her a pleasure to work with. Drawing on her extensive experience as a sales manager, educator and career coach Denise will support and guide you through every step of the process, making sure you are well informed along the way.
In her spare time, Denise is a committee member on the Luggate Community Association and works as a volunteer for St John as part of the Wanaka Pet Therapy Programme, with her much loved greyhound Elsa. She is also well known for producing the "Dogs of Luggate" calendar as an annual fundraiser for local community projects.
