I love working in the community where I’ve lived for over 25 years. The Waiuku and Franklin areas offer the perfect country lifestyle for families to live and play. There are many local sports clubs – golf, squash, tennis, rugby, netball not to mention, boating and fishing on your doorstep and the beautiful Awhitu Regional Park if you love camping or just like to enjoy getting away from it all.
Prior to real estate, I enjoyed a career in sales, marketing, event management and in public relations. Building strong relationships with my customers was the foundation of my success in each of these fields. My commitment to providing my clients with the best and most up-to-date guidance is testament to my friendly nature. I have great attention to detail and a clear communication style. My real estate skills have been enhanced by my expertise in digital marketing. For the last 8 years whilst working in my own contract marketing business, I have undertaken a number of social media marketing roles in retail, horticulture, motorsport and various charity arenas. Marketing my clients’ properties successfully is enhanced by my savvy technology skills. My track record of sales over the last two years is impressive, as are the testimonials from my vendors and buyers, so important in real estate today.
I have a National Certificate in Business Management. This background has given me the expertise to educate my clients during the purchase and sale process. No matter the issues, I am able to find innovative solutions.
My family and I moved to Waiuku in the early nineties. My adult children attended the local schools. They both still living locally which gives my husband and I the opportunity to enjoy our two beautiful grandchildren. My daughter Michaela, the other half of the Dream Team, works with me, as she too is a Real Estate Agent with Harcourts Port Realty. I have played competitive squash at the Franklin Squash Club for many years and I held positions of Secretary, Administrator and Sponsorship Co-ordinator and am now an active member and club sponsor of the Waiuku Golf & Squash Club. I’m involved with the local Coastguard unit and have managed their social media as a volunteer.
