I was born in Timaru, and have lived here since 1993, bringing up three (now adult) children with my wife Jo.
I have spent the past 30 years in sales, marketing and management, 10 years as a Real Estate Sales Consultant.
Having worked for Dick, David and now Riley Blackham I am proud to represent the Harcourts Team in Timaru.
With “Skin in the game” I have personally bought and sold Rural, Residential and Commercial Real Estate in south Canterbury for 40 years.
This gives me the ability to see both sides of the property transaction.
Leading to a Vendor achieving “fair market value” for their property and just as importantly finding that “special property” for purchasers to meet their needs.
