About John

John Diprose has been appointed the Branch Manager for Harcourts Harbour View Realty. John has over thirty years’ experience in the real estate industry including, managing, marketing and selling properties in the Northwest of Auckland and Albany. John had his own office in Albany for eighteen years and then worked for Harcourts for ten years. Prior to working in Real Estate John was a Registered Psychologist working as an Aviation Psychologist in the RNZAF and as a Police Psychologist overseas. He originally came to the area as an Air Force Officer living at Hobsonville Airbase and liked the area so much that he bought a home on the waterfront and stayed!
John has marketed and sold hundreds of properties in Albany, Greenhithe, and the wider Upper Harbour area, and is a specialist in waterfront, lifestyle and high value properties. He has also been involved in business sales for many years. He is a qualified Agent (AREINZ) with an Agent’s licence and has had numerous awards in Real Estate over the years. John has excellent marketing and negotiation skills and enjoys Real Estate because it is a fast moving and exciting occupation that draws on all his skills and experience.
