When you meet Tracy you are quickly drawn to her engaging personality, boundless energy and outlook on life where nothing is too much trouble. These qualities were certainly amongst those that resulted in Tracy being selected for the highly coveted Harcourt’s Real Estate Scholarship.

Brought up in the small town of Sheffield, Tracy attended Darfield High for her senior schooling. She then moved to the big city. Having now lived here for over 25 years she is a true Cantabrian. Her husband Craig is also a true Canterbury ‘lad’ and her two boys are at junior and senior schools in Christchurch.

With this in mind, Tracy is mindful that families looking for residential properties have to take into consideration location, school zoning and family facilities.

Before real estate Tracy held many senior sales and marketing roles for leading organization’s including Nike, Lion Nathan, Coca Cola and Flight Centre; always being chosen as the preferred candidate because of her determination to succeed and natural approach to good old-fashioned customer service.

Tracy’s ultimate goal is making sure her clients real estate dreams become a reality every single time and that those clients are happy to refer her to their family, friends and colleagues as their “real estate agent of choice”.
