Right from the start we were made to feel welcome. Matt was never pushy with the sales pitch, and gave us lots of insight into the NZ house purchase process, in particular the auction process. Nothing was to much trouble, 2 viewings arranged at short notice and documents personally delivered in the evening in preparation for the auction.
