After a decade in real estate, Alyce has the expertise, skill and accolades to call herself a Pauanui property expert! In fact, immersing herself into the community makes her an all-round local expert on everything Pauanui! As President of the Pauanui Preschool Board of Trustees and a Director on the Board of the Pauanui Club, if it’s not real estate, you’ll find Alyce giving back to her local community any way she can.
Joining the Harcourts team in 2012, Alyce was selected to be part of the first intake of the New Zealand Real Estate Scholarship and after just three years in the industry Alyce became Harcourts’ youngest business owner at the time, opening the Pauanui office. The Harcourts values of; people first, do the right thing, be courageous, fun and laughter, are at the forefront of how Alyce’s conducts herself both in business and her personal life and are the key reason as to why the Harcourts brand has been the perfect fit for Alyce’s real estate career.
Having a family friendly work environment is hugely important to Alyce, being a mother herself. So, when Alyce and her fiancé Connor Hayward, a successful and well-known builder in the area, welcomed their daughter, Cruz in 2019 she became the smallest member of the Harcourts Pauanui family.
Teamwork makes the dreamwork and building a strong hard-working team was something Alyce knew she needed to do by surrounding herself with positive, dynamic people. It is her team of Katie Wardenburg, Kate Fielding and Paris Lee, along with their families, that have been an integral part of Alyce’s success to date.
