About Milena

Following a stellar sales career in high-end retail, Milena joined Harcourts in 2015 to continue her association with the leading make in a different industry. Her love of people and passion for excellence were quickly recognised, and she quickly established herself in a highly competitive and demanding environment of real estate.

Growing up in communist Poland taught Milena to always work hard and gave her a determination to strive for excellence in all that she undertakes. This played out with her taking the #1 sales spot for Mercedes in New Zealand on two occasions and settling over $30 million in property transactions after just five years in the real estate industry. Milena’s attention to detail and work ethic is second to none.

Following a successful teaching career in Poland, Milena and her Kiwi husband moved to New Zealand to establish themselves here. Her genuine interest in people, listening ear, negotiation and needs-analysis skills will leave a lasting impression long after the deal is done.

Helping people with their real estate needs is a genuine passion for Milena. Seven years under her belt speak volumes. When not at work Milena loves cooking, dabbles in ceramics and is an absolute Pilates addict. She also loves spending time with her beloved Border Collie Ziggy and Saffy Cross Frankie (“a Dogwatch special”). She recently took up gardening so every appraisal includes not only a property walk-through but also a careful inspection of the garden.

In 2019 Milena teamed up with Andrew Swift – an excellent sales consultant with 20-year-plus experience in Christchurch property marketplace. Together they are proving that teamwork does not just double the result – it’s exponential! The ‘power of two’ adds value to the client experience through their availability, skill set, extensive client database, personalised marketing solutions, and ultimately a smoother transaction with outstanding outcomes.
