Moving to New Zealand from South Africa many years ago, Aalayya has spent her whole life with a first name that places her at the top of people’s lists. Her background in retail sales, the legal profession and two decades in the harness racing industry saw Aalayya developing strong interpersonal skills and outstanding administrative and procedural expertise. It came as no surprise to anyone who knew her personally or professionally that when she started in real estate, she would set the world on fire.

Mother of two daughters Aalayya is devoted to her family and names her dad as her biggest inspiration. Like him she prioritizes service to others and actively contributes to the Rising Foundation helping young kids gain confidence for their future career.
