About Richard

After 17 years in the ever-changing world of real estate, armed with a Diploma in Real Estate, I was match fit and ready for the next challenge. In 2018 my wife Justine and I ventured into a new business partnership with Stuart Pescini at Harcourts.

With a strong desire to grow and reimage the business, a shift onto Broadway Avenue has created the desired collaborative environment. After settling in we merged another likeminded team with ours, which also added a Property Management Division.

I continue to work with Carole Hoffman and Sarah Nolan, consistently setting new benchmarks and record results for our clients. Often achieving awards, our remarkable track record speaks for itself. Incredible results mean you can rest assured you have the very best team working to achieve your goals.

Our region has many outstanding business operators and our future looks solid. We have a strong rural sector, educational services, industry providers and distribution network.

I am a busy father to three gorgeous girls and family is a huge part of my daily routine. My interests include cycling, motorsport and my watching my girls play hockey. Most importantly, I am Manawatu proud!
