About Kim-Louise

Having lived overseas and travelled extensively, I returned home to New Zealand a few years ago, and consider myself very fortunate to live in this most beautiful part of the world with the enviable lifestyle it has to offer.

I'm motivated, energetic, solution-driven, love a challenge, and bring a positive attitude to every aspect of life.

Throughout my career I have enjoyed combining my love of cooking and entertaining - I had my own catering business on a tourist vessel feeding 1,000+ passengers per day, which lead to crewing positions in the marine industry, and then Chef on a Superyacht sailing the South Pacific.

When my husband & I decided to settle down and start a family, I started up a business catering to children's parties.

I have also worked as Production Manager in Manufacturing, Logistics Manager for Dreamworks & Warner Brothers, and Finance Manager in the Oil & Gas industry in Dubai.

My Real Estate career stemmed from Sales Manager in Asset Management to Real Estate Sales in Dubai - a fast paced, dynamic market. I also contracted to Emirates Airlines as a Presenter at their Trade Shows.

The skills I have acquired throughout my career have been invaluable when working in Real Estate in New Zealand.
