About Sarah

Sarah Williams knows all there is to know about moving houses. Originally from Scotland, Sarah arrived in Auckland in 1996 on a two-year placement from the London office of one of the UKs largest International Relocation Company’s. The aim was to study more about moving to New Zealand to help relocate families more knowledgably on her return. Nearly 20 years on I think we can say her research told her that this was the place to stay! In 2001 she started her own International Relocation company Budget Moving Group, which she still oversees the management of today.

Having spent years assisting clients move their personal effects in and out of New Zealand, Sarah wanted to expand this knowledge by helping her clients buy and sell their homes too. Seven years on the results of this decision clearly speaks for themselves! With a plethora of happy buyers, sellers, and awards won. Living in Mt Albert for over 20 years, local knowledge of the area and its surrounds comes as second nature to her, not only knowing the locals, but knowing the market. Successfully completing a First Class Business Degree, becoming a Company Director, and then qualifying as a Licensed Real Estate Agent enables her to provide her clients with vast knowledge alongside outstanding customer service.
