Growing up with a building background, Troy has been pivotal in large land acquisitions, residential and commercial building projects and has specialised in sub divisions, reclads, rebuilds and high end renovations both locally and abroad over the last 22 years. Fundamental to Troy’s success is his ability to adapt and evolve and meet the demands of an ever changing market place along with being highly skilled in negotiations and an expert in all aspects of the real estate industry.

Born and raised in the North Harbour Region, Troy is no stranger to the benefits of living on the North Shore and wider Auckland area.
