Teghbir displays strong financial acumen and proves to be impressively knowledgeable in the property development sector. His BCOM qualification, double-major in Commercial Law and Accounting, earned him a respectable, 5-year career at Fonterra, where he also completed his Chartered Accountancy accreditation.
At Fonterra, he started his career journey in their graduate programme, and succeeded in growing into roles for financial reporting, commercial analyst and planning, product costing, being the milk price analyst – where he was responsible for deriving the New Zealand Farmgate Milk Price.
His keen interest in real estate comes from his experience in the property development sector. Having successfully executed and grown his very own portfolio, he joined the Harcourts Milestone Projects team to help both clients and developers achieve great success in the property market.
Teghbir is the Business Development Manager to the Director of Sales, where he liaises with Aman Pannu in managing large scale residential subdivisions. He also provides insights into the developer’s projects, deriving business feasibility, sales cashflow and identifying market opportunities.
Teghbir believes in a consultative approach, where he gains an understanding around your personal goals and implements strategies that result in optimisation and growth of your current assets. To him, trust and loyalty are incredibly important – he always stands by his advice, which in turn develops strong, long-term relationships with his clients.
Outside of work, Teghbir enjoys playing golf, having represented the Auckland under 19s team, along with spending time with his family, whom he is very close with.
