Layne (said like the road, but spelt differently) is passionate, driven and customer focused.

Layne has taken a poised and purposeful step into real estate. She comes to Harcourts with over 15 years’ of management experience in the private sector, where she sharpened her people management, marketing, regulatory and legalities experience, ensuring her ability to navigate situations with positivity, care and successful outcomes.

Layne’s approach combines innovation and authenticity, with a focus on genuine connections with her clients, co-workers, and affiliates. She is approachable with a natural creative flair, while her time management, responsiveness and careful negotiations skills will ensure you always feel secure and part of the process.

Having settled with her family in Johnsonville seven years ago, her son attends Onslow College and Layne is an active organiser, committee member and supporter of school activities. You might catch her out on the water boat driving for her son’s rowing regattas, at school fundraisers or holding a stopwatch for Tawa Swimming Club time trials.
