Kerry-Anne Hodgson – The Golden Achiever of real estate is a string of industry awards. Kerry Anne followed a useful career path starting with a Bachelor of Architectural Studies and a Bachelor of Architecture, (BAS, BArch) both from Auckland University so she understands the structure and design elements of a home. Growing up in Bucklands Beach, Kerry-Anne comes from a successful real estate family and her work background has encompassed kitchen design and sales, real estate reception and administration, and an award-winning and trouble-shooting property management role. Several stints with other brands culminated in her conscious choice to join Harcourts in 2019 and to date her tenure in the real estate industry totals 15 years.
Kerry-Anne’s inherent instincts and drive to succeed are backed up by exceptional work ethics and laser-like focus to reach the end goal for her devoted and delighted clientele. Astute, business savvy, and pedantic, Kerry-Anne thinks outside the box, always exploring the best possible angle for her customised marketing campaigns. Her capacity to give back is evidenced by her involvement in a number of Pukekohe Rotary fundraisers for local youth and she also sponsors the local rugby club and their women’s team. Raised on a farm Kerry-Anne is a passionate animal lover annually sponsoring guide dogs and her best mate is the family’s much loved golden retriever.
