With over $235m in settled sales, positioning her as a consistent top performer in Harcourts, Sandra knows that nothing rivals hard work and a passion for the industry.
Whilst continuing to successfully list and sell property for her clients, Sandra is also utilising her knowledge and skills accumulated over the years as Harcourts gold Papanui's Auction Mentor. She is thoroughly enjoying giving back to the industry and mentoring new agents through the auction process. This ensures they receive the right training to enable their clients to achieve the best result from the market.
Alongside selling real estate and being an Auction Mentor, Sandra has also decided to broaden her knowledge within the industry by adding another notch to her belt and training as an Auctioneer. This adds further value to her role as a Sales Consultant adding more experience over all within the industry.
After entering her first auctioneer competition, Sandra was fortunate to be awarded the Novice Winner at the LVD World Auctioneering Championships 2022 in Queenstown. She has also won the coveted Harcourts Gold Auction Excellence Cup on two separate occasions (2012 & 2018) along with the highest Auction Day Clearance Award (2017).
