Mike has been the owner of a Christchurch electrical contracting company since 2008. His success comes from his friendly, approachable nature and engaging with his client’s vision for their property decision. His time in the trades provides an expansive network of professional and trades contacts in the property industry.

The realisation that what he really loved about his business was helping his clients reach their property dream is what drove Mike towards a career in Real Estate. With a client base built on repeat business and referrals, Mike is a natural problem solver who thrives on success in challenging situations.

A father of four, the demands of a growing family have meant several new builds, and major renovation projects over the years. His hands-on approach and understanding of all aspects of property should put him high on your list, especially when considering any property transaction requiring the “tradesman’s eye”.
