With this solid foundation, Stephen began working as a real estate salesperson in 2000 and quickly established himself as a top performer, earning the title of top salesperson at his company for several years. During this time, he also gained valuable experience in the building industry and developed a deep understanding of building, subdivision, and property development.
By combining his education, building experience, and real estate success, Stephen has devoted his life to becoming an expert in property sales and management. He is not only a salesperson but also a sales manager and a senior consultant. As a sales manager, he is responsible for leading and managing a team of salespersons, providing them with guidance and support to help them achieve their sales goals. He is responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, setting targets, and monitoring the performance of the sales team. He also plays a key role in recruiting, training and mentoring new salespersons to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to succeed in the role.
