With thirty years in the business of selling residential real estate it would be hard to find a safer pair of hands in which to trust the sale of your Auckland home. Starting in the Harcourts Mt Albert in January 1991 Simon has progressed through Branch Management to Business Ownership and Auctioneering. After nine years as the owners of the Harcourts Ponsonby office in 2014 Simon and his wife and business partner Susan sold the business and returned to full time sales. "Its the part of the job I like the best and I'm good at it" Simon says. Working out of the Harcourts Twentythree in Epsom Simon and Susan service a wide range of clients and properties throughout Tamaki Makaurau. Whilst I love the Inner West of Auckland City where I have lived and worked and raised a family I still enjoy the problem solving and negotiation and calling auctions for clients wherever I'm needed.
