Karla O’Connor’s core values of openness and honesty, dedication and tenacity has been well grounded in her previous profession as a Registered Nurse for the past 28years.
Karla has high expectations and standards and brings a passion for excellence to her new career. She has a vast knowledge of Dunedin’s real estate market including legislation and regulations covering land affected by floods and other technical issues related to buying and selling a property. However, where she really excels is in making a connection with her clients and understanding their needs.
“It can be an emotional roller coaster in real estate, because peoples homes are their livelihoods as well as their family memories,” says Karla.
Karla is a skilled and experienced negotiator who excels at auction, strong marketing campaigns, attention to detail and going the extra mile for her clients.
When she’s not working, Karla’s other passion in life is her family; her new grandson Bentley, her new puppy “Ozzie,” and playing bridge. She loves interior decorating and doing up old homes and has a wealthy of knowledge in this area.
Karla is a go getter with a “can do” attitude who focuses on solutions and the positives in life.
