Hi, I’m Sarah Everist.

I am a highly motivated and creative salesperson who understands that selling your largest asset is not a job, it’s a skill that takes compassion, drive and energy to create dream results. I pride myself on communication, attention to detail and new innovative digital marketing, which shows in my results and feedback from my previous clients.

Real Estate is on the tipping point from the “old and traditional” marketing to targeted interactive digital and social media focused. I like to be ahead of the pack and am proud to be the only Ashburton salesperson to integrate quality videography into all my marketing packages.

I have lived in the Ashburton district my entire life, I enjoy being outdoors and active, currently playing social netball and in the past having played soccer for Mid Canterbury Women and horse riding since the age of 4 ½. When I am not in my “fancy” clothes you will find me in my overalls and gumboots helping my husband on the farm. We manage a 950 cow dairy farm at Dromore, with the help of our two German short-haired pointers Jax and Mychel.

Simply put I am a born and bred local who loves sport, animals and selling your home.
