After owning a number of properties over the years, Kelly has a good understanding of the ‘ins and outs’ of being a property owner. She brings previous renovation experience and knowledge of how to navigate complex compliance areas to enhance a property and add value. Kelly has been a landlord and a tenant, so has seen both sides of the process. She understands having a happy tenant is part of having a happy tenancy.
