'Adelaide Hills Log Cabin seeks Country Lover' ...

A little about me ...
I'm a one owner, built in 1983 so I'm about 38 years old, I'm rustic inside and out, solidly built and good looking with great views of Mt Lofty Summit, the surrounding hills and Cleland Recreation Park. I have 3 bedrooms all with robes and ceiling fans, a mostly original ensuite bathroom with Retro vibe, a second updated bathroom, a North facing updated gas kitchen and I've been told I ooze that warm and cosy feel throughout with my featured wood panelling, exposed log walls and raked ceilings.
I have a wide front verandah for rocking chair reading and swing seat socialising away from prying eyes - I'm really very private. My land size is large and triangular in size, I have a salt water inground pool, glorious gardens with fruit trees, native shrubs, vegies and herbs so there's plenty of room to explore, play and eat your way around the block.
My friends tell me I should mention I have 28 solar panels and massive rainwater capacity plumbed to the house so I'm cheap to run and I can easily accommodate 3 cars under cover and more off street.
I'm cool and calm when I need to be via ducted evaporative cooling, but I can also be hot and firey with my combustion wood fire.
I love spending time at home but also enjoy shopping, going to school and long walks in nature which is great as all these services are very close by.
My family tells me I offer City convenience with Country charm!

I'm seeking ...
An excited single, loved up couple or family who enjoy nature but don't want to be more than 15 minutes away from shopping, schools or the City. Someone who loves koalas, the odd kangaroo, rare bandicoots and amazing birdlife. Someone to fill me with laughter and joy whether it be in the pool or surrounding the fire melting marshmallows. A companion who is happy with me as is but who is open to a possible future facelift of my bathrooms. A friend who loves clean hills air and relaxing views of the surrounding hills and adjacent recreation park.
