Why did you choose this home?
This home grabbed us for the location. We were looking for a home with 4 good sized bedrooms and multiple living spaces to allow our 3 children a separate area.
We also loved the fact that we are a short walk to the lake and park/playground and that the home is located at the end of the cul de sac which has seen many family back yard cricket games.
Is the home easy or ideal for entertaining and why?
We have found our home to be an entertainers delight! Our outdoor entertaining area is an all seasons space which can be opened through summer and fully enclosed during the cooler months.
The fact that the pool room opens onto the Alfresco space and the kitchen also flows through makes entertaining simple.
What is the best part about living in the home?
The open space of the home provides multiple living areas and this give all members of the family their own space when required.
What do you like about the location?
Lake walks are a frequent form of relaxation and exercise and from this location there are numerous walk options.
Westfield West Lakes is very convenient and the Grange and Henley and Semaphore restaurant precincts are easily accessible.
What is your favourite part of the home?
The outdoor Alfresco area and the front "Bali Feels" area - great for a morning coffee or reading a book. I Find the space very relaxing.
Anything in particular you like or designed in the outdoor area?
TV with surround Bose sound system in outdoor area. When building the Al Fresco we have allowed for a natural gas line to be able to fit a heater in the future. (Natural Gas is also connected to the BBQ) The BBQ Rangehood is designed for outdoor use over BBQ's and works extremely efficiently.
Electric Blinds to the 2 main entry points of the alfresco are also a feature.
Anything you would like to mention about room sizes?
All bedrooms can accommodate a queen bed. The main bedroom allows for a parents retreat and currently has a Super King bed.
What are your Best Memories?
Many great family get togethers - our house always a popular choice due to the all weather outdoor space.
What will you miss the most?
Everything - nothing but love has gone into this home. We have watched our children grow into young adults.
What are some great features people may not notice at first glance?
The Garage size, storage space ( under stairs, laundry cupboard and large linen cupboard upstairs), low maintenance garden.
Neighbours?
Love, Love, Love our neighbours.
We often have chats out the front with our neighbours, and what may start with 1 neighbour can often grow to 3 or 4.
Everyone looks out for each other and always willing to help where needed.
